AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE
With the appearance of new laws, decrees and directives to regulate the waste of electrical and electronic equipment, many companies are affected, mainly companies without headquarters in Spain.
Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 4, 2012, on waste electrical and electronic equipment, requires that companies that export electrical or electronic equipment to a country without having their headquarters there, must have an Authorized Representative (AR).
Gestec offers its Authorized Representative service for any Spanish company that exports. In other words, it complies with all the obligations required in Spain regarding waste and can act on behalf of the producer.
within ournegotiations, also we offer a service for the registration of companies in the corresponding registry, as well as the communication and choice of the best Scrap* (Collective Systems of Extended Producer Responsibility) for each project and the generation of contracts with them in a sustainable way for companies.
